1.) Software Support Specialist

VIP Software Support Specialists manage an assigned group of customers and assist them, largely by phone, with their day-to-day and long-term use of the VIP route accounting system. Support tasks may involve user training, correction of operational or procedural errors, troubleshooting software application issues, data analysis, assistance in improving business practices, and other responsibilities.

Successful software support specialists must enjoy working with others, be a fast learner, have strong and creative problem solving skills, and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment where commitment and responsibility to the customer are paramount. Knowledge of the distribution industry, business/accounting and/or prior technical/software support experience is a plus.

2.) Software Implementation Specialist

Currently, we’re seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to join the Installation Team.  You’ll have hands-on project management, direct relationships with existing and new customers, and the ability to enhance our growing software packages.

 Responsibilities Include:

Learn how to install, use and set-up  the various components of VIP Solution Packages and Software, while working with an experienced Implementation Specialist

Successfully understand the VIP Software with the knowledge to install and train at VIP customer sites.

o   Installation includes: preparatory data conversion and hardware set-up

o   Training includes:  on-site support during installation, as well as post-installation support

Provide excellent support and customer service to existing customers to include trouble-shooting issues, emphasizing training components, managing on-site software upgrades, and communicating with Customer Support, as well as providing feedback to Development Teams.

 Requirements:

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Effective communication skills, both written and orally
• Provide effective teaching and training in a resourceful way
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects and customers
• A desire to learn new technologies and provide innovative ideas in the implementation team
• Knowledge of beverage distribution is a plus!
• This position is 30% - 50% travel within the U.S

3.) Warehouse Management Software Implementation

 Requirements:

• Warehousing and Logistics experience preferred
• Operational improvement experience and focus
• Knowledge of beverage distribution or food distribution is a plus!
• Experience and understanding in inventory control, distribution and routing
• Effective communication skills, both written and orally
• Provide effective teaching and training in a resourceful way
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team player

4.) ASP.NET Web Developer

We are seeking a .NET Developer with experience in all phases of object oriented software design and development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional application programming experience in .NET

We are seeking an experienced PHP Application Developer to work on the creation of new, enterprise level applications as well as the maintenance of existing applications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional application programming experience in PHP
• Experience with PHP frameworks
• Experience with JavaScript
• Excellent system architecture and application/database design skills
• Skilled in working with large databases and writing high performance, scalable applications
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, manage work and report status in order to meet critical timelines

We are looking for a high energy, self-starter who loves to create usable applications in an individual and team environment.

Web Architecture you will be working with:

6.) Data Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a data acquisition specialist for our Supplier Services business. This is an entry-level position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring daily data from customers in a timely manner, working with customers to ensure data accuracy, distributing software to customers, and reporting on customer's delivery of data.

We are looking for a person with a strong work ethic, a proven track record of problem solving and front-line customer experience. The successful candidate must have good verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and be highly organized, assertive and detail oriented. Data analysis experience a plus but not required.
