I am ready to sign my contract, and move forward!
1. Identify a primary implementation person at your company who will be the lead in setting up VIP at your business.
2. Review your contract.
3. Submit a signed contract and the accompanying documents to your sales rep:

I've submitted my contract to VIP and I am in the implementation queue; what's next?
1. Kick-off call - Your VIP Account Manager will set up a kick-off call and introduce themselves. Together you will work with your Account Manager to customize your data environment to how you do business (~ 6 weeks)
To be prepared for your call, please be ready to share at least one month's worth of shipment data. This will help your implementation rep identify where shipments are going so they can more efficiently map your sales data in your future environment.
2. Complete the training and onboarding process! Additional onboarding and implementation steps will be communicated to your established primary VIP contact.
