Supplier Reporting Services (SRS) is a "shared service" network that electronically collects daily sales and depletions (retail-level sales, inventory transactions) from distributors so that suppliers can gain visibility into each of their markets. 

VIP processes and validates your distributor sales data, allowing you to review your sales using clean and reliable information. 

We call this core service, Data Collections, which involves collecting five daily files from your distributor(s). This serves as the essential first step for all subsequent reporting and analysis. Those five files include:

  • Invoice-level (distributor to retailer)
  • Sales 
  • Inventory at your distributor
  • Sales route information
  • Customer universe (can-buy accounts)
